Blackthorne Estates HOA annual dues of $600 were due on February 28th, 2017. Dues remained at $600 for the 6th consecutive year.

Reminder emails will be sent March 15th to those who have not yet paid dues. After that time, trash service may be suspended and liens placed on properties, until such time as dues are paid.
