Please download, complete and submit the ARC Change Request form BTE ARC Change Request Form 2018.

ARC Change Request Forms can be submitted in the following ways:

1) Email your request to: [email protected]
2) Mail your request to: Blackthorne HOA, 3800 W 157th Street, Overland Park, KS 66224
3) Place your request in the Blackthorne Community mailbox located on the north side of the pool parking lot.
